Jazzfest Online Events Begin Tonight

Today marks a new milestone for the TD Edmonton International Jazz Festival with the launch of their new online presentations. The Festival team has spent the past several weeks brainstorming, zooming and planning ways to help the community that has given the Festival so much a way to connect again through music.

This weekend’s online presentations will feature local, national and international artists sharing their talent and participating in great conversations with Artistic & Festival Director, Kent Sangster. Discussions of past performances, life experiences and future plans. along with some live-to-tape recordings will connect you with just a few of the artists that were scheduled for the original 2020 event. The weekend will be finished off with the Jazzfest’s first livestream event from the Starlite Room. Join us on our homepage for the premiere broadcast of all our presentations.
