Parc X Trio is an instrumental jazz group featuring Gabriel Vinuela-Pelletier (piano), Alex Lefaivre (bass) and Mark Nelson (drums). Their original compositions are a cinematic soundtrack to their urban surroundings. Hailing from Parc-Extension, Montreal's most multicultural borough, the band sets itself apart from the pack by creating an original sound like nothing else out there. It's a blend of contemporary jazz that focuses on group interplay and high energy all while keeping a strong melodic sensibility. There are known for bombastic shows and their charismatic stage presence. Parc X Trio is a young band which has founded its own sonic identity.
