Mike Lent Quartet

BIOGRAPHY
Michael Lent has long been considered one of the Canada's premiere double bassists. Because of his versatility, he has backed great artists for more than 25 years. He’s toured, performed and recorded with a long list of jazz, blues and rock greats, including Sheila Jordan, Mark Murphy, Jim McNeely, Lee Konitz, k.d.lang, Jann Arden and Long John Baldry. When not on tour or on stage, Michael runs his own Edmonton studio, 10th street studios, producing for local artists like David Babcock, Terry Morrison and Arianemahryke.
